All of our products are made to order. That means, we print every product when it is ordered. We do not carry inventory which allows us to provide you the high quality products at a lower price. 

Therefore, we CANNOT process size exchanges, cancellation and returns so please double check the size chart before ordering.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. 

 

Misprinted/damaged/defective items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If your request is approved, a new order will be fulfilled and shipped to your address at no cost to you.
